Professional Experience

Mr. Matejkovic has been practicing law in southwestern Ohio since 1991.  He is licensed to appear in all state courts in Ohio, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Matejkovic has appeared before the trial and appellate courts in Butler, Warren, Hamilton, Montgomery, Preble, Clermont, Greene, Miami, and Franklin counties, as well as before the Ohio Supreme Court.

Professional Education

Mr. Matejkovic received his professional education at The Ohio State University College of Law in Columbus, Ohio, earning his Juris Doctor in 1991.  Prior to that, he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, also from The Ohio State University, in 1987.

Professional Memberships & Associations

Mr. Matejkovic's professional associations have included:  The American Bar Association; the Association of Trial Lawyers of America; the Ohio State Bar Association; the Butler County Bar Association (which he served as Secretary-Treasurer from 1994 to 1998); and the Middletown Bar Association.

Community Service

Mr. Matejkovic was a member of the Board of Directors of Family Service of Middletown from 2002 to 2007.
